What are your business hours?

We work around the clock! We are workaholics and proud of this! We are happy to serve you Monday to Saturday 9 am – 9 pm.

Do you make custom cakes?

Yes, we do! We specialize in all types of cakes: any type of themed cakes, birthday
cakes, wedding cakes, bachelorette cakes, i.e. cakes for any occasion.
All you need to do is to let us know what you would like, and we do the rest!

When my cake is ready?

Your cake is ready for a day you order it for.
We are flexible and will do our best to accommodate your requests.

What size of a cake do I need?

A cake size depends on several variables like:
– # of cake layers (2, 3, 4 etc.),
– a shape of a cake (round, square, rectangle, heart etc.),
– # of tiers (1, 2, 3 etc.),
– a way you cut a cake, i.e. if you want to get generous slices or small ones.

How much time in advance should I place my order?

As we work around the clock, we will do our best to accommodate you at as a
short notice as possible.

Order confirmation and payment.

To confirm your order, we require a 100% downpayment and usually one week (7
days) prior to a pickup / delivery date.

Do you deliver?

Yes, our delivery service operates Monday – Sunday.

There are two time slots for your convenience – morning delivery – 9 am – 11 am,
and evening delivery 5 pm – 7 pm.
Delivery fee is $20 within Winnipeg.

Do you ship or deliver products outside of Winnipeg?

We are currently not shipping or delivering products outside of the city.

What should I know about allergens?

We make cakes and baked products in a shared licenced commercial kitchen. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent a risk of contamination. So, people with allergies need to exercise caution and better avoid consumption of our products. We use all type of nuts including peanuts, gluten flour etc.

Do you make products for people with diabetes?

No, we do not.

Cancelation policy.

We understand, life is unpredictable, and changes could be needed. If you need to
cancel your order, please let us know no less then 7 days prior to a pickup /
delivery date.
Please be advised that 50% of the downpayment is non-refundable.
There are no refunds for short notice cancelations (7 days or less prior your
pickup/delivery day).
